Jim began his career as a founding partner in a startup copier dealer, which quickly transformed into one of the country’s largest independent copier dealers. After several years of leading the organization to double-digit growth, Jim left for another entrepreneurial venture and opened a telecommunications consulting agency. Again, he was able to help lead the company to national success. Throughout his many years as an entrepreneur and leader, he teamed up with David Trokel and James Coler to create Managed Business Solutions to revolutionize the copier and office technology industry.

After graduating from Franklin and Marshall College, James began his career in the office technology industry. He spent many years learning, adapting, and eventually becoming an expert in sales, operations, finance, and management. James discovered his passions for the evolving modern office and finance throughout his career, leading him to establish MBS with his partners, Jim Coler and David Trokel. He has watched the industry evolve throughout the past 15 years and has ensured that MBS has stayed ahead of the curve, offering cutting-edge technologies, IT solutions, and more.

David has been in sales for over 30 years, starting in the office technology industry after graduating from the University of Hartford. After many years of excelling at sales and customer service, he created MBS with his partners Jim and James Coler. He consistently hits above his quota every month, helping grow MBS exponentially and leading him to receive several sales awards in the office technology industry. David is constantly going above and beyond for our clients, ensuring their businesses get the personalized attention and solutions they need to run efficiently and grow.

Ashley joined MBS in 2015 as an Executive Administrative Assistant, and since then, she has been promoted to Director of Administration. Ashley has been a vital member of the MBS team, excelling at customer service and ensuring that operations are always running smoothly. She prides herself on always treating every customer and their situation as a priority to ensure they get whatever help they need, answering all questions that need to be answered. She enjoys fostering relationships with customers so they know that they can always count on her for help.
